You have my sympathies Robert. I know what you're going through there. I just lost my grandmother two weeks ago, and one of my best friends was killed in a car accident two weeks before that. It does tend to put a damper on the holiday spirit

Ola Guys
I really want to speak out my appreciation for your kind words. Here in Holland we call that " een Hart onder de riem steken" Translated it means " To put a heart under the belt" And it really does me good.
Also Joe: " Although I`m not a believer I really like the prayer. Thanks mate.
For all the people who responded with their stories about missing beloved ones I can truely say I now feel your pain.
Thanks again.... It really means a lot to me and my fam

Robert
Sorry to hear your news mate. I lost my grandpa last year - 94 years old and luckily only sick for the last 10 weeks of his life.
He was great to talk to - lived in Brisbane as a kid and saw Bert Hinkler fly in from England as well as Kingsford-Smith after completing the first flight across the Pacific. I just wished that I had taped our conversations over the years.
My thoughts will be with you and your family over Christmas.

Spijt me om te horen.
Ik hoop dat je er weer snel over komt alhoewel het je toch wel enige tijd bezighoud.
Mijn condolences naar jouw en je familie.
