H.I.M. is a band with gothic/ dark rock traditions. H.I.M. is an abbreviation for His Infernal Majesty.
I only have one track by H.I.M. at home, and it's the more mellow 'Join Me', which IS a brilliant song btw.

i cant stand them,
if they spent as much time working on improving their music as they do putting on silly makeup im sure they would sound much better! :-)

I have two albums by HIM.
"Razorblade romance" and "Deep shadows and brilliant highlights"
I'm quite sure I'll buy their latest album.
They are very good.

Luke i do, I got in to the group after watching Haggard, Bag Margera's first movie. They are very good and alot of their stuff is very good. They even hit a few cover tunes in their albums.. Their rendidtion of Chris Issacs' "Wicked Game" breathes life into an other wise well write but poorly performed song by the original artist. lol. Anyone wanting a good sampling of the bands stuff should go find their first of many Greatest hit collections "And Love Said No" good smattering form their first couple of albums.
Luke send me a PM if you're looking for stuff.STUG

P.S. Richard Haggard gas the lyrics for "join me" in the opening credits. Supposedly written by Valo himself for Bam. They appearently are Friends and Bam seems to be doing alot to promote them in the states.
several of there tracks are featured in "Haggard" and his TV show "Viv la Bam" along with his brothers band CKY.

I used to listen to them way back... in the last milennium. (their cover of Chris Isaak's Wicked Game still rocks) Then they got famous and their music changed somehow to... I don't know, maybe they were just trying too hard, but I felt that they sounded like every other band, or every other band tried to sound like them. I got bored and stopped caring. Then I accidentally heard their latest hit Wings of a Butterfly, and I liked very much! And in my opinion Ville Valo is the best singer in Finland at the moment. Only thing that bothers me is that he doesn't use all his potential when singing in HIM. He has an incredibly large scale, from low tones to very high.
