Welcome aboard Sam. We're all glad you joined us.

We all built "ugly" models before. And before we built descent ones, we asked questions and looked for tips. With the community of Armorama now on your side, you'll be building great models in no time. Just ask for help, and you're sure to get it.

No problem with your English, it's perfectly understood.

(PS: I get "stage fright" too )

Welcome to the big A as they say...

I've only been here for a month, and I've learnt so much that I haven't been able to put it in practice!

I'm sure you'll learn a lot from all the great guys out there.

Welcome Sam to the Big A!

I have also learned many things here. Just ask if you have any problems with figure,dioramas..etc. I and probably many other fellow her, are glad to help you.

What becomes to that "stage freight" comes to my mind, my bands first gig... Jeez! I narrowly was able to hold drumsticks in my hand. :-)

Happy modelling,

-Cortez

Hello Sam and welcome to Armorama. There is no such thing as an ugly model, only a model that needs improvement. You'll always get an answer to your questions and there are many eagerly and willing to help. So sit back and enjoy your stay. What type of kits do you like to build!

Sam -

An enthusiastic welcome to Armorama. There's an unbelievable number of fantastic people here to provide any and all kinds of help and support. Don't be shy in asking and as many have said, there isn't anything like an "ugly model". Maybe one that could benefit from improvements and hints. Tha's what this site is all about. For research and reference, for techiques and hints, examples and experience you just won't find a better place to learn, share, and create "wordwide" friendships. Show, ask, and experience,

Sam:

When I joined I had already built hundreds of modelers and was considered by many to be pretty good. Here I have seen some truely fantastic work and have imrproved my skills ten-fold. You also get great access to resources that you may not have even heard of and a great guide for which kits are worth getting and need to pass. The folks here are great and you will soon get over beig nervous
