Yep, things are OK.  CEO, CFO and COO expressed their thoughts on this matter and since this was the first real major outage in the past 6+ years they didn't make too much of a big deal.  All the data had been recovered one way or another so no problems there.
Life is good again.  :-)

Hey Marty...try stepping into a new position, getting zero information from the previous incumbent regarding the network, having a server go down on your 2nd day on the job, and finding out that all your server operating systems are all pirated!!!!!!!
Cost the place many thousands of dollars to get the software legal, and the FBI were visiting the previous network admin at her home.

Well, 
When I was at work once My conductor wasnt paying attention (plus it was dark).
and we wreacked a 2.5 million dollor locomotive.
The railroad didnt think that was funny either.
there was also 17,000 dollors damage to the grain cars we hit.
