Well? How do you think you made out? Really thin on receiving talent and my backup QB frankly, well its Chad Pennington.
I do have McMabb, McCallister and Dallas Clark, though.
Anyone know when I can pick up people off the waiver wire? Waived a guy and cannot pick up anyone...

I'm pissed off. I haven't been able to get onto ESPN at all, or just the home page, for about four days. I can't get on at home or at work. Shaun had to send me my team.
I've got Mark Bulger as QB, with Kerry Collins and David Carr on the bench. Shaun Alexander as RB, with J.J. Arrington, and Kevin Faulk as backups. Michael Clayton, Terrell Owens, Javon Walker, as WR, with Larry Fitzgerald, and Rod Smith as bench. L.J Smith as TE, NY Jets as D, Matt Stover as Kicker.
I've GOT to get this connection issue resolved right away, so I can pick up a few waivers.

I fell ok. I loaded up on Running backs. I have 5 guys who all could start for my team. My QB stinks (Steve McNair), so I'm in the market to replace/back him up. Wide receivers are ok., but my TE is bad. Defense ok and Kicker ok too.

hehe ... I think I did pretty good, considering I was 9th pick in the draft.
Brady, Brees and Vick QBs
Ahman Green, Dominick Davis and Larry Johnson at RB (plus Ricky Williams waiting to come off suspension)
Two of the best kickers in Vinatieri and Janikowski.
Steeler and Patriot defenses.
A good tight end in Bubba Franks and some decent receivers. I want to pick up a TE off waivers for a backup and waived a player to do it ... the message says the "move will process Sep 3 at 3 a.m." Check your waiver order and you'll see that waivers are processed in order every two days.
Also, before you make picks off waivers, you might want to go through your schedule and see when you will lose players for the Bye weeks. For instance, Philly, Green Bay and Arizona all have a Bye during week 6, so Rodger will lose T.O and Javon Walker, as well as L.J. Smith, J.J. Arrington and Larry Fitgerald the same week. (sorry, Rodger!)
Tip to all: Above your roster on your team page, you'll see the "Week 1" "Week2>" tabs. Scroll through those and you'll see the weeks when your roster gets real thin.

Thanks for the tip Bob. My starting roster gets really thin when the Eagles and the Colts are on the bye.
I picked up a couple of backups off the waiver wire and am ready to rumble.
Really looking forward to having Rodger hand me my hat during the first game of the season.

I wouldn't bet on it. I'm still unable to get on to the site at either work, or my own computer at home. I have to borrow a co-workers PC at work, or my daughter's PC at home. It's just not the same. I'll get there though.

Hang in there, Rodger. I've gone through similar problems with computer access -- I won't bore you with too many details.
Let it suffice to say that losing a hard drive and all the stuff you've saved to it is painful. My daughter's boyfriend is supposedly building me a new machine for my model room -- then I'll be on here all the time (again). Right now, my access to our family's sole 'puter is limited to when the younger kid's not working on homework and my wife isn't working on her business (which means late nights and weekends for me).
Our 'puters at work have firewalls galore ... plus, our IT "geniuses" did an "upgrade" on mine an lost all my saved files, erased all my cookies and five years' worth of bookmarks, and lost all my links to my server-saved files. On top of that, the dang thing can't find the printer in the room next door ..

Sorry to vent ...
Here's to a fun fantasy football season!
I see Mary's been busy rearranging her team and making some claims from free agency. And Brian and I have done our trade. I'm just glad I don't have to really pay these players!
