Can anyone help me? My badger 200 of 16yrs has finally given up the ghost. I'm in the market for a new one. There are so many brands out there I don't know where to start. Single action or double?

Hi Alan,
Welcome to the site. Its a great place!! I hope you enjoy your time here.
On the topic of airbrushes. I have a Sumake double action airbrush (Not the best but only thing I could afford at the time) Double action is definatly the best.If you can I would recommend checking out Ace hobby and having a look at the selection they carry.
Price wise it would probably alot cheaper to buy overseas.

I've had a badger 150 for about 18 years, I've got the fine, medium and coarse heads and needles for it and use the medium for almost everything. I think it is a very good airbrush, very versatile.

Hi Kiwigunner

What did you buy in the end?

I have a Tamiya Sprayworks basic but a step up from brushing paint on.

Next step is a double action airbrush love to hear how you got on.

Regards

Fordboy
