Well, my band of 3 years finally broke up last night. I have to admit, I think this will be the end of my music career. I dont't think I have the heart to do it any more. I'm trying to be optimistic though. At least I'll have a little more time to do some modeling.

The Beatles broke up..... it didn't ruin any of their music careers, and life went on......

Bummer guy.Hang in there though.I read where it takes 12-15 years to be an "overnight success" in the music biz.Just part of 'payin' your dues' I guess.
Keep your day job, enjoy, party, and get creative.
Remember us when you make the cover of Rolling Stone Magazine...............
cheers!

Hi Jay,

Welcome to that point! I believe almost all famous artitst were there once... :-) :-) :-)

Just keep your head up, take a break from music for a (short) while and before you know you are 'jamming' with some new folks again.

Come on, I'll buy you a virtual
What sort of music do you play?

Thank you everyone for the ensouragement. We used to play nu-style metal. I don't know whats going to happen in the future as far as the music goes. I think in the future I'm just goin to practice drums and do everything myself. The problem in the music industry is having to rely on other people and it would be a lot easier to do it all myself. Oh well. I'm just looking foward to taking a nice break from it for awhile and doing a few models.

Thanks everybody!!!!
