What everyone speaks here is so true... I am pround to be apart of this little community. Does everyone here realize the brother and sisterhood that crosses so many bridges. It is blind to the indifferences between us. Because of this sight I have built more friendships all around this great big globe, the friendships are import to me and I enjoy the diversity of people.

Hisham,
I feel your frustration. There are twisted people of all religious and non-religious types in this world. I think the common bond we share against them is that we just want to live in peace and have a safe place for our children to grow-up.
For that reason we "sane" people can't let them win. But it's true we may never be able to rid ourselves of them completely. As with many things it's a sad fact of statistics. 6+ billion people on the planet means more and more disturbed individuals.
I hope you and your family can stay safe in these troubled times.
Best wishes,
Jim

 Hi Hisham!
My friend,
May you and your family keep safe!
May all of our families stay safe and out of the trouble some insane persons around the world, are trying to install a fear state.
My thoughts are with all, that have perished by the hands of fanatics, malformed persons who believe that are doing a great service to _____ (religion, political reasons, race, tribe... could stay here all day! Unfortunately)
I think that the reasons for all this kind of problems to occur are definitely lack of information and instruction! A well informed person can make the distinction between good and bad - so the best way to avoid future acts like these, is to teach all persons to read and write, and give them access to information - perhaps this way they will be aware that there are more points of views and more exist "behind the horizon"
I saw the news during the weekend and felt exactly what I felt whenever there acts like these: shame and pity...
Shame for living in an era that still is capable of such stupid and atrocities like these!
Pity for all the persons that are victims of such idiot acts!

Hisham,
I just came back from a short holiday break and among other posts I readed yours.
I'm actually happy you wanted it to get off your chest on Armorama; it means you trust the others here with your emotions.
On my holiday, I followed the news and heard about the bombs in your beautifull country. I find it awefull and I hate every bit of this 'warfare' like terrorists like to call it.
You are so right about people have to stand together. One of my very best and close friends is an Iraqi muslim who got asylum in my country shortly after the Iraqi war with Kuwait, years ago. I am a very convinced christian, but we go together very fine and I'm very happy with his friendship and trust. We can learn so much from eachother.
I guess that is exactly what freighting those terrorists, because they don't want understanding but hate. I feel so sad that they think what they do is right. They are so blinded by hate and fear...
Yesterday I heard the news the IRA has put down their weapons officially. It's done before, but this is the first time there is a huge platform for it by almost all volunteers.
It's very hopefull, since the IRA was there for decades.
SO, THERE IS HOPE...
I hope Ireland can set an example for the rest of the world. And I hope very much I live the day those 'muslim extremists' as they like to call themselfs put down their weapons to and show respect for life...
I'm with you Hisham!
