Some of you will remember back in May I was lamenting on the pitfalls of looking for a new job.

Well, the search is over

On Monday, July 18th, I take on the position of Regional Director of HR for a large airline service company. My salary will be increased over 20% from my current base. I get a real staff and real power to implement changes as I see fit.

So, I'm off and running - on to BIGGER and BETTER things, To all of you who responded to my earlier post - thanks for the words of encouragement.
