Talking about firing in an enclosed area, well where I used to work, a couple got robbed, and they were so angry they wanted to buy the biggest hand gun they could get, a 44 magnum, they said their reasoning was they didn't want the robber to get back up.

I told them well the last time you got robbed, you was in your cab, and most likely, if you get robbed again, you will be in you cab again, and the only trouble with a .44 mag is after you shoot it, you won't have any eardrums, cause being in that enclosed cab, the concussion from that big of a gun, will blow them out.

Then if you missed, you will be in way to much pain to do anything, then if the robber has a gun, your dead, and you don't have time to get your ear plugs in before you shoot, so if you insist on getting a gun, it would be better to get nothing bigger then a .38, cause even a .357 will do the same damage to your eardrums.

Even that .38 will sound like a cannon in that cab, but at least you might have your eardrums.

I Saw a sign recently while traveling on I-80 going from omaha toward Des Moines..i have passed this sign several times and it always gets me..I wish i had snapped a pic..but anyway....
The sign in showing that the Iowa Welcome Center is X amount of miles ahead...Imediately to the left of the words Iowa Welcome Center..is a huge Question Mark...
Does that mean the maybe the welcome center is there...maybe it isnt???? Beats me

Is that sign for real. I nearly wet myself laughing at that.
I like the bit at the bottom that says the bridge is out, as though it was an afterthought.
At work once i was cleaning a carpet, so i put a wet floor sign out so noone would slip over. Lo and behold someone fell over the sign. After i finished laughing i then placed another warning sign out warning people about the warning sign. Health and saftey has gone way to far :-) :-)

LOL! And that's the real life! I can imagine clearly!
Did you not had to put out a third sign to warn the second one is ahead?
:-) :-)

I did think of that at the time but where would you have stopped. By the time i had put out multiple warning signs, warning people of warning signs hiding round corners waiting for people to trip up, i wouldn't have time to clean the carpet :-) :-)
