simple dio like i said...
maybe u wanna back ur camera away frm the figures..a way to hav a close up shot and not have a blur photo is to take it frm a distance...some of us have digital cam which hav lesser optical zoom which make the pic blur... #:-)
btw ike, i've been always wanting to ask u wehere u get the green ground from..looks like its frm some arts shop is it?

Congrats Ike..Looks good, though i can't really see the finer details due to the blur pix, but overall cool...Maybe u can add some more flora along the edge of the dirt road. Vietnam is in a tropical region so generally, there are more plants around, eg ferns or something..But if u rather keep it simple, then leave it as it is..

Danial, the green stuff is modelling grass. i use them too. Can get at hobby shops. Just sprinkle over plastercine base and spray over to hold. Is that rite Ike?

Thanks guys for your comments.. To clarify your doubts, the 'grass' is actually a sheet of grass that you can find rolled up in hobby shops. Cost $9+ (If i remembered correctly). You can just cut the shape you want and superglue the sheet of grass onto your base. Worth it, I used it for a few models already.

The difference between this and static grass is that this grass sheet can't be used on sloping surfaces. Unlike static grass where you can use to cover the sloping areas.

I'll try re-taking the photos again today and get them re-posted. The problem with taking the shots further from the Dio is that it'll make the figs/vehicles look small. But i would rather compromise this for details.

Haha... don't worry Psyfool.. I'll take a close up on that chick

Stay tuned... oh.. thanks once again :-)--

She's hot?? She really is?? :-)

I realized the difference between Academy kits (1/35) and Tamiya kits (1/35). The size of the Academy figs are somewhat bigger..
