Rob has his pictures posted of the motor pool he worked at up north. I remember other members posting pics of what they do or where they work but it wasn't that many.

So, what do you all do and where do you do it?

The guys just took thiese here in the shop a few minutes ago, so that's what gave me the idea. Yup, this is me in the middle of testing a SINCGAR mount that I just finished repairing. The next picture shows the mount open right before I closed it up to test.

Don't worry, nothing classified you can't see!!!!!!!

I would love to take a picture, but I'll just let everyone use their imagination - what does HELL look like to you? That's where I work. Our office is in a bad part of town, we have bullet holes in various places and I have a small collection of projectiles found in the office & surrounding areas along with the empty malt-liquor bottles, crack pipes, & syringes. yeah!

My official job title is "Operations Manager" considering that there is only 1 other person inside the office with me - that would make the title pretty meaningless... and it is. I am also Treasurer, & a co-owner! :-) Somehow all I really seem to do is customer service oriented type work. I work for/with a manufacturers representative in the Electrical business. Boy howdy it is fun and interesting work - all the chicks dig it.

Hi all!

Hi Dave! I'm a school Teacher in France and school can also be a job! In fact it can be a tough job! I can't post pictures neither because it's forbidden here in France to post picture of Teachers and students at school! Sorry!

I took these during summer... it's now alot greyer and rainier with winter... This Table Bay, and the Cape Town harbour

Here's the view from the balcony of my offices... and pretty much my desk as well...

This next one is from the back of our offices, the foyer for our floor... The old lady herself... Table Mountain

Inside the office it's pretty much your std IT software company... nerdy looking guys in T-shirts and jeans in cubicles... :-)

Yup, you guessed it... I'm a software developer... I develop in the primary language of that evil empire... Microsoft VB .Net... :-) :-) :-) :-)

Well, i dont have any pics but i am a nurse. I have my LPN license in South Carolina where i worked in many diffrent areas of nursing. I started off working in an Elderly Care Facility, left that and went to work for a Family Practice, Did some ER and Med Surg work in the local hospital, then found my true calling when i went to work for a Cardiology office, where i was trained in Nuclear Medicine. I was one of those mean little nurses that made you walk on the treadmill while injecting you with radio isotopes until you just about had a heart attack.
Then last September i bid farewell to that and moved to Nebraska where i now do private duty nursing..

I'm a high priced call-boy and part time male stripper at an old folks home! Do you really want pictures?

:-)

Just kidding! I'm a self-employed handyman. Nothing worth taking pictures of.

BROOKE ARMY MEDICAL CENTER

I have been an RN for several years, I am currently a charge nurse, but my real job (which isn't really a job at all) is raising my 3 and 1 year old daughters the best I can.

Steel workers have some serious stones. I've always been impressed with their ability to work at those heights and walking those beams.

Joe, what was the tallest building you worked on?

My hat's off to you man.

Steve.

My place of work, just go to any library of choice. Otherwise, I just do what I'm doing now. Sit in front of a puter...and research.

which is a whole lot safer than when I was in Law Enforcement.

Well being Unemployed since today (Don`t mind that at all as the factory really stank where I used to work) (it is not fun to work with incompetent morons every day) I basically am a (Digital) Designer. But I basically have my pockets stuffed with Diploma`s and certificates but no work in that sector. So I take everything that comes. The job I just got away from was a huge food/vegetable processing plant (the biggest of Holland) Next job I have an interview for is a sort of Callcenter. Again not what I studied for but let`s say it is temporarily and gives me money.
No Pics sorry.

Here's where I work. My office is on the first floor, with the window right behind that big tree in the middle.

I'm just starting out as a forensic photographer-all my pix/negs go to my clients. I also do security consulting-nothing to take pix of. And occassionally I do private security at various places-again, no pix.

The tallest building I ever worked on was 38 stories tall. Not many buildings in Buffalo are tall. I was hoping to get a chance to work on the new Peace Bridge that connected New York into Canada. I came from a family of Ironworker's, my father, uncle and brother went down to New York City to help with the clean-up.
