Thanks eerie.. i'll look around again and see if there's much difference in the size. Otherwise i'll get 1/32.

Yup. I've never seen a 1/35 WW2 plane b4. If there is, it shd be very rare. U can try w/ the 1/32. The difference shd not be that vast. But to make the difference less obvious, try not putting the plane and the figure too close to each other. And try to distract the viewer by adding a tree or something in between. i tink I read this trick somewhere b4. Btw, I have a 1/48 dio depicting a shot down Bf-109. Actually the plane was a goner on it's own, so instead of stashing it away, I made a 'shot down' dio of it.

I'll show it to u soon since i now know how to post photos in the forum!
The crashed Bf-109 dio is only average but definitely much better when I first built it. Tot of adding some farmer 1/48 figures into the dio inspecting the plane but can't find any. Verlinden may have but they cost a bomb!

Yup.. VP stuff do cost quite a lot. I'm not into resin though. That's why it doesn't really matter me at times

Maybe you can try a vietnam dio. Hueys at 1/35 scale are quite cheap from panda models

This is my 'Bf Down' dio. Not very impressive eh? It's the best thing I can come up with, rather than stashing it away...
Probably u can come up with a much better looking dio....

Sure thing. I'll keep you guys updated on my builds. Just one thing though. The size of my pictures are just too big to be uploaded. Haha.. Any idea how I can change the size of the pictures to below 600kb?

Ike, i use MS paintshop to do the job
Open up the pic in paintshop and resize it. The trick is, do NOT keep resizing and resizing as it will affect and 'pixelate' the image ALOT.
Ok, just go to the 'Image' option at the top bar and a dropdown list will appear. Click on Stretch/skew and you're it!
I normally stretch my pics at about 55-60% (normal is 100%). My pics are at 1600*1200 big so you can roughly gauge.
If you think the resized image is still too big, close the whole program (do not save changes) and redo all over again. This will maintain the quality of the pic.

Thanks Danny.. Unfortunately I have Microsoft Office Picture Manager only, which is good enough for me to resize the pictures. I've reuploaded them into my gallery. Added my M113A1 APC which is about 75% completed.
