Here is what we usually discuss over a Show-and-Tell session: -
1. Show the diorama / model in general
2. Show the additional after-market products used like those Moskit exhaust pipes, for example
3. Show the interior of the model especially if it is a 1/72 U-Boat or aircraft cockpit
4. Show the special painting / weathering techniques used
5. Show the resources used in diorama / model
6. Finally, show up!
To clarify certain confusion, this Show-and-Tell session is not an armour session. We encourage all types of models (not sure about Bandai but painted Bandai with add-ons and / or in a diorama is definitely welcomed). So, car modellers if you got a F1 to show us, bring it along. We can discuss on those PE disc brakes and having Michael jumping out his Ferarri diorama.
Since the session is planned on a Star Wars weekend, Rebel and Imperial models should be there. Anyone for Star Wars models?

There're many requests to move the Show-and-Tell session to 28 May 2005 SAT. This long weekend is a balik kampung weekend. Therefore, can we have a show of interest who is able to come for the session on 28 May 2005 instead of 21 May 2005?

hi guys... i just called hobby hq and they are open this sunday from 12pm to 6pm! if our S/T session could be held this sunday 22nd then i will be available 
.. if so, tentatively, silantra, agrilion and myself will be there. how about beachbum & target_J?
p/s: i think sundays are better- no traffic jem! which, especially around the ampang park area, can be very nasty... and another thing, Hobby HQ open only on alternate sundays, so sunday next week it's closed.

Thanks for your concern Jimbo. My right arm is injured but nothing too serious. I guess I won't be painting for awhile.
BTW, did you go to Hobby HQ over the long weekend? I heard Hobby HQ brought in a lot of Hasegawa models including the 1/72 Super Hornet.

err.. no i didnt go there last sunday. spent too much time at klcc with my missus and daughter, by the time it was too late and we were too tired, so we went straight home.
maybe next month i'll pay HHQ a visit...

Just studied the calender. It looks like June 11, 2005, would be a good sunny SAT for S&T. (June 4th public holiday - balik kampung) Hope to have it in City Square - Food Court 1200 hr. We can have lunch also with those 1/35 barrels pointing at us.
How about it? In the mean time, I will check with the other group for their workshop meetings.

Jimbo, the good news is June 11 is not a working SAT b'coz June 4 is a Public Holiday that is brought forward to June 11.
I am serving the government also and thus, I would not opt for working SAT meetings (unless they are organized at 1500hr). So Jimbo, we will meet this time.
