...and my works was not as excellent as others........

Sil, I cannot agree with your statement. What is definition of "excellent" in today's modelling days? Or in Armorama? It's about enjoyment and finishing the kit. And for your information, none of us are excellant.

Your kits are excellant, and you are excellant! We sure want to see your Kilo, King Tiger and etc.

arghhh argrillion, your statement is quite true here...but i cant help it..to shy kot?? hehe
but like i said my models wer enever get the chance to be 100% completed.... most of them are finished like 90-95% when i said they're finished..because i intend to put them in a dio or something else so i left so of it 'unweathered' so that i will do that later together with the ground work.. the only models get 100% completed is my Fujimi 1/71 Corsair II..here it is...and this was 2 years ago...(what?? no AFV models???) err..i started as an aircraft models back then....

here is some other old work..some of them still incompleted
Silantra's gallery
but dont worry, i will try to be on our next S&T session.....
and maybe u could force me to put my model in HQ..hehe

till then fellas

Hey Silantra,

I am not sure if ACE stocks Dremel, but cant you use B&D or Bosch instead? They too produce rotary tools right? I have not seen the actual Dremel in Malaysia, but i would imagine the other rotary tools sold by Bosch or B&D produce similar results?

Anyway, i'll keep an eye out for it.

Dremel and accessories are available in Jaya Supermarket. That DIY shop up on the 3rd/4th floor has been carrying it for quite some time. Price wise ... .

Hi guys,

Was at MH yesterday. Nothing new. Not a single new kit from any of the major manufacturers.

Saw the LCM dio. Very well done. The guy has tinted the sea to a darker colour (think it's now dark blue, but i would expect it to be greenish blue).

There's aslo a new LVT dio there. Nice.

Who kill the local hobby shops?

Unfortunately, we are the culprits constantly on the look out for 30-40% discounts. Hmmm! Would there be any such occasion it the next 6 months?

we also should kill all of them which are not performing accordingly. Then, they will do their closeout sales. Still remember when MH change owner in 2001? the sales was huges and you can see people (man) queing to pay models that creat traffic jammed inside MH. To bad i was not in the q mode (duit tak cukup..)

.... sometimes i do feel that way... ha ha :-) but if they have a mega-sale whatever, what's the point if what they're selling are all old/lousy kits?
