I'm not trying to steel your thunder Fordboy, I won't be in Auckland in October but I will be at the IPMS Nationals in Chch if anyone is coming to this show/competion

Post the details of the IMPS show and i will probably make the trip.

I will be helping a cousin in the parent and child show in October so its going to be one busy month for me.

Friday 7th - COMPETITION AND DISPLAY
Entries For National Competition And Display Accepted From 2pm-5pm and 6pm-9.30pm.

Saturday 8th - Late Entries 9am-11am.
Viewing Hours: 10am-5pm
Presentation Dinner From 7.30pm.

Sunday 9th - NATIONAL AGM. 11am.
Viewing Hours: 10am-4pm

Registration $15 (Includes all model entries. Forms available from your local club or at the venue)

Presentation dinner $25 per/person (DETAILS ON REGISTRATION FORM, forms must be with the Secretary IPMS Chch no later than September 30th 2005 for catering requirements)

Displays By Other Modeling Groups.

BAR OPERATING 12pm - 4pm Sat & Sun.

PUBLIC VIEWING HOURS: 10am-5pm Sat….10am-4pm Sun, Entry By Gold Coin.

IMPS North Island Champs & Academy Awards
Marine Rescue CEntre
Auckland

22 - 24 October 2005.

Thats all thats posted on the IMPS site.

I will gather further info closer to the date.

The Christchurch event sound pretty good plus the South Island hospitality and friendliness is as we all know legendary.
