I picked up the April issue of FSM today at Barnes and Noble and it's a dandy. It comes with a supplement of 'Best of Questions & Answers.' Within the supplement is advertisement for a new Finescale Modeler book-'A Galaxy Far Away-Building Star Wars Models.' Sure to satisfy you sci-fi fans! It's available May 2002.

Son of a Gunnie! :-) You news-stand buyers get before me with my subscription. What's up with that?? But thanks for the news Gunnie, now I'll be running to the mail box everyday waiting for it.

If you have a subscription you don't get the suppliment. I'd heard that this was the case and subscribed anyway. Live and learn.

Thanks for the news, Bryan!
I really need to get that book on Star Wars modelling.... I still have the 3-piece set (Tie Interceptor, X-wing and B-wing), Darth Vader's Tie Fighter (Tie Advanced prototype, for you buffs out there), twin Tie Fighters with Death Star surface and the A-wing on the shelf. Will add the Millenium Falcon and Slave I soon
Is the book available from Kalmbach, as usual???

What to do? I sent in my subscription last month but I don't know if it will start this month or not. I wouldn't mind getting the star wars part because my daughter is really getting into it and I will probably have to build a few star wars models in the future. With her watching it a lot I am starting to get an intrest anyway. I will go pick one up I guess and play dumb if one comes in the mail.
