It was the first day of IPMS Sweden´s Open today. Probably the biggest so far ... never have been so many models, vendors and crowds. Once again the standard was sky-high. These are just a few teasers .. check out MY GALLERY for the rest. More photographs will be added tomorrow. All the best.

Outstanding models! I really like the dio with the boat and a guy jumping (falling?) into the water.

I've been saying for months now that there's something in the water in Sweden (or maybe it's the long cold winters). When I think of some of the names, and see models like this it just supports my theory(s).
Thanks for the pics Frank.
Cheers,
Mike

Uploaded more photographs today. 113 in total. Some aircraft, boats, subs, bikes and helicopters. Got a few more dioramas as well. Link in my first post, or hit on my gallery and its IPMS Open 2005 after that.
Great weekend overall. really enjoyed meeting new and old faces and buying all the goodies. It used to be when I spent a lot of money, the wife knew immediately as the carrying bags were bulging ... now my shopping goes un-noticed, but costs twice as much. Its amazing how little space books, sheets of PE and resin figures take up .
Bought a few resin figures from Legend. Very impressed with the detail considering they are one-third the price of warrior figures or the likes.
Entered 5 models, won nothing, but had a great time :-)
And likewise. Its always nice to meet the person behind the name and see the models in the flesh. Photographs dont do your models justice, Charles... Im proud to have seen them up close!
