Call them directly. They have a 1 800 number and they will sort it out for you. I have never had a problem with them when I call.

Model shop that sells online but won't take an order. So you order over the phone.......
I'd just find one that would work, like Squadron.

As long as you order items that in stock it is good service. I placed an order with them last week and I received it on Monday.

They have a "Contact" link on their home page that tells you exactly who to contact & how to resolve problems .
-- They have Order Status screen.
-- They have telephones.
-- They have email.
None of those entries tell you to ask a non-specific question in a non-related website & expect to get a your problem resolved.
Please try one of their methods & I am sure they will address the problem.

I've used them for years. Never had a problem. When the 1/32 A-10 first came out, I ordered mine and had it in hand 2 days later. Can't ask for much better service than that. As long as the items are in stock they are pretty good about getting them out quickly. I'd give them a call and see whats up. "Q"

That's the problem I normally have with them. I only order items they list as in stock. But I've yet to get a complete order of "in stock" items. As long as you order items that in stock it is good service. I placed an order with them last week and I received it on Monday.

I do 80% thru them & no problems. Far as I'm concerned it is the best online ordering system going.
I actually like the backorders & shipping release rules -- allows me to build lists of kits & things. Sometimes I even think twice & cancel items. Works real well for me.
If I am having a crisis over something, which is rarely, I might go elsewhere -- Squadron, Mission, etc -- but as they have no backorder system, if I strike out, then I have to go looking rather than letting them do the work.
