Hi all,
Simple question: How long should a dry decal dry before I can start weathering etc.

If you mean a dry transfer .I.e a rub down decal. NOT untill you have sealed it in with a dull coat or something similar. The transfer will not stand up to any kind of abuse. You should be able to add the clear coat almost straight away as the process is dry. HTH
