Today is my 17th wedding anniversary and Mrs Captain94 informed me that my gift this year is a new silent air compressor AND a spray booth!

Is that cool or what?!? Is SHE cool or what?!? :-)

I can't wait to get stuff painted up !

Cheers

Congrats on the Anniversary Bob!

Getting a silent air compressor and a spray booth as a gift is cool no matter how you slice it.

PS, Perhaps it took 17 years for her to figure your hobby was not going away... you know, if ya can't beat em...

Congrats on the 17 years of her putting up with you...... :-) I'm lucky I get 17 weeks of a wooooman putting up with me, my hobby, and off beat humor. If some wooooman bought me a spray-booth for my birthday, I would probably consider it a serious relationship.. and buy her a nice new vacuum for her birthday. :-) :-)

Mrs. Captain94 is a real sport. She has been very kind to me with this hobby. I took up with the plastic again about 4 years ago after a 25 year break in the action- modeling that is ......she felt sorry for me and my attempts to paint various kit parts with spray can paint, the stuff pathetically resting in the bottom of a cardboard tray subjected to wind blown dust and cat hair.....hence the wonderful gift
But I digress. Suffice to say, I'm very lucky man!
Can't wait to start slinging paint hither and yon :-)

Cheers, Boys!

Boy are you lucky! Had our 40th in January and got zip. Of course neither did she!

For some reason we don't put a lot into anniveries. I remembered our 25th and brought home flowers, she wanted to know what I did wrong! :-)
