Ok Ghostrider added. Don't worry about games. I'll be grabbing a legit copy of CoD one of these days :-)

Howdy fellas,

I downloaded XFire sometime back, but never completely finished installing it. Well, I just now completed the installation and have taken the liberty (pardon the pun) to add both of your usernames to my list, and sent out a request to both of you to add me to yours.....

My username is ' libertyvalance0'. I play as just Liberty Valance, and have played with that name for a very long time, but apparently somebody liked my name and had it listed before me. Anyways, I'm completely new to the whole XFire 'thing'....but I'll try to figure it out.
Besides, I've just got to get on line with you fellas so I can get busy handing you your head and fraggin' you to bits!

Tread.

EDIT: I just added you too ghostrider..oops, ..err, I mean mikeli125

Hey hey hey! I just turned on my Xfire and lo! libertyvalance0 flashed up! :-) Goodie goodie! A Shermie addict to boot :-) Let's see you drive the Shermie in BF42

Bang bang bang!

Tread, how about a game this Friday night? (Pacific time that is). Me and David may play BF42 or BFV.

I don't have Battlefield, but I do have CoD and CoD: UO (the addon). I just signed up for Xfire as jedgar2534. I will install Xfire after I get out of class and play around with it. Can we set up a match with CoD or preferrably America's Army. AA is a really great and realistic game. Teamwork is essential. Best thing is that it is free. The problem is that you have to pay to set up a personal server and given that it is a government devolped and funded game, there are a few gameplay bugs, but this doesn't the game too bad. We would have to use an existing one.

Ken and I fooled around with Xfire a little and could not get it to work with Call of Duty: United Offensive v1.51 (which we both now have). We could talk to each other, but could not join a server either of us set up. Could anyone who as worked with Xfire help us out? It really is not getting our vote of confidence.

Howdy fellas,

Just walked in the door......keyed up the computer and found your requests on XFire. I clicked OK for all of them so we're now all members of the thing (still not sure how to work it )

Anyway, for me Battlefield 1942 (or actually the Desrt Combat Mod) would be best. But, I can try to do something else.
As Jeff said, America's Army is pretty nifty. Very nice visuals, but still just a 'run and gun'. I really prefer to play a game that incorporates vehicles. It really expands the gameplay!

Just let me know.

Tread.

Oh hey....I get to frag you guys huh?......kewl.....

Have any of you tried Joint Operations? You can fly helo's, drive vehicles, play deathmatch, head to head team against team or the always fun (what I enjoy most) COOP against the AI?

I just picked this up used in EB last week for $5, I think I got away with theft at that price as this is a very fun game with enough realism in there to make you play smart. You can die very easily, stay close to the medics.

Yeah JO is a good game; A much more graphically enhanced version of the Delta Force series. But it isn't quite supportable on Xfire yet.
