This is 50% for one kit right? Can't buy several at one time with this coupon can we?

In the past I have bought several kits at once and used the coupon. No problems at all, 50% off on the whole purchase.

I second that. I usually walk out with an armful, and it's 50% off each and every one.

Well, here's hoping they got a new stash of models in since I last visited a couple of weeks ago to peruse the stock. It was a bit thin on the military side.

Picked up a Tamiya Panther Type A today for $10 with the coupon, they had more military stuff this time but pretty much stuff I had already.
I did notice they had some new academy kits but they were 1/48 scale remote control tanks, I passed on those.
Will try my other hobby lobby on the way home to see what they have.

I was wondering when they were going to have another one...hopefully they have added a few kits since the last time. Too bad that Dragon 3 in one Tiger and Halftrack isn't flooding the market

I'll still swing by after work tomorrow, can't today Valentines day and all. I doubt I'll get anything, unless they've increased their military stuff a lot. I've gotten eveything they've had I think I even MIGHT like.

I picked up the Tammy T55 for $25. I already had everything but the Acedemy M1A1. I already have at least four Abrams kits by various manufactures so I passed on that. I did almost picked up the remote control Abrams just because I thought my jack russell and I would have fun playing with it together, for about 5 minutes...

Was thinking about getting the T-55 kit, I saw it there but then held off in case I found something else I'd rather get at another store.
Good thing about today is whatever I walk in the door with, I'll just say "thanks for my Valentine's present honey" and I should be ok.
She can't argue, she got flowers! lol

Thanks for the info. I was just drooling over a couple 1/350 scale ships last week.

Got another Tamiya M1A1 and went ahead and got the Academy M1A1 too for $50. I needed some more Abrams since I have two sets of Echelon decals sitting in the draw. I was almost tempted in getting one of those Academy CH-46;s too, but deciced againts it.

I picked up the revell 72nd scale "S" Boat to go with my U-boat. Real nice looking kit......for $10. They had the Ardennes Tiger and a Panther late G there, but as I had those already....coulda used a good Panther "D" though. I'll tell you what, they sure had a ton of model cars and a pretty large inventory of planes...48th scale B-1, B-29 and a bunch of the 32nd scale jets. They had an Acurate Models Bismarck and Arizona. The only one I wanted was the Tamiya HUMV with Tow...but at $40 which equals $20 it was still way to much.

I picked up another Hanomag, at $7.50 it's a good deal I think, even to have two in the stash. Also picked up a modern us armor accessories set, only one they had there. $4.50 well spent.
I agree, they have WAY too many model cars there. We need to get with them and straighten them out! lol I may go back tomorrow and pick up that T-55, I'm kinda liking that one. Either that or the Panther Late G as I picked up the A model yesterday for $10.

Steve, I've often wondered about this. My local HL had that Humvee for $36.99. Was it really $40 at yours? I've wondered if all Hobby Lobbys have the same prices around the country.

Hobby Lobby prices can vary in the same store. I saw at my local store the new F18 for $78 and on another shelf $140. So make sure to check all the kits before you buy.

I have two in the same town with different prices. One has the Hobbycraft reboing of Trumpeter tanks for $18.99, while the other one has them for $29.99.

Yes, the local Hobby Lobbys are really bad about mis-pricing their kits. The worst example I have seen was today at lunch when I went to see what was on the shelves: a Testors 1/72 Corsair kit, the price was $33.99! The Tamiya TOW Humvee was $35.99.

Yeah there prices are all over the board. Stuff you think should be fairly cheap is high as can be. Then some stuff is underpriced. The one near me usually keeps a fair selection of Tamiya stuff.

You mean their wacky prices like $32 for an M-41 you can buy elsewhere on the net for $12? lol

One store had zero in military other than flying and floating things, whatever they are called. Another had the usual suspects as they do every time. Since I have three lifetimes of models now, I'll be skipping the next 50% off deals.

Well I did pick up a Tamiya M113A2 Desert Version for $15. Not too bad, I don't guess.
