Mostly it's '80's music with a bit of '70's mixed in. But Mr. Bach & Mr. Beethoven amongst others has been known to grace my speakers.

Started many years ago as a heavy metal and hard rock fun , and moved that path . I love elcetrig guitar so , the last 10 years i listen to electric Blues , like Luther Allison, Buddy Guy, Melvin Taylor, Tommy Castro, Chico Banks i also dont forget the old guys like ZZTOP that i adore and i have a big collection of general rock music , good jazz, good soul, and classic music also . But Blues is my real love

My musical tastes have always centered around heavier stuff. As I get older, I find myself still listening to heavier music, but with better vocals.
My collection is filled with tons of metal/hard rock: Metallica, Anthrax, Megadeth, Exodus, Testament, Slayer, Helloween, Sepultura, Biohazard, SOD, Nuclear Assault, Pantera, , Suicidal Tendencies, Infectious Grooves, Ozzy, Zakk Wylde/Black Label Society, Skid Row, Judas Priest, Scorpions, AC/DC... the list goes on and on. I've got lots of lesser known bands in the collection as well.
Lately, I've been listening to a lot of Nightwish. Just really dig that band and the lead singer gives me chills. I also get a guilty pleasure out of listening to some Kid Rock.
My son (who's six) is really into country and bluegrass. His latest obsession is banjo-oriented music and Chet Atkins. And trucker songs. I just bought him C.W. McCall's Greatest Hits (for "Convoy") and Jerry Reed's Greatest Hits (for "Eastbound and Down"). I guess there's worse things he could listening to!
