Howdy All,

Not that anyone would care, or miss me while I was away, but....I just got back on the 'Net after a complete computer systems failure week before last.

Gotta love them Virus's..........

Anyway.......since noone noticed my absence, just disregard this message. I just felt compelled to at least mention something.............

Glad you got fixed and are back among the flock. Are you running a good antivirus program now?

Isn't that the 2nd time your computer has crashed? Maybe time for a new one?

Anyway glad you're back on board.

Howdy fellas,

Thx for the replies. Regarding installing anti-virus protection...that's kinda what started this whole thing. I tried to install Norton antivirus and it wouldn't install properly. Tried to 'uninstall' it to 'reinstall' it and that basically started a slow landslide.....
Anyway, I've got Grisoft's AVG for now.

Just tryin' to catch up on a few things I left "hangin", like Grumpy's kind offer of his LCM (I'll get with you ASAP Dave ; ).
And, I'm glad Helga misses me too.......BTW, how's her 'scratch' coming along?

Tread.

EDIT: Great....while I was typing this Gunnie and HalfYank piped in..........thx go to you guys as well :-)
This is indeed the second time for a 'crash'.......my computer is a little old (not as old as you Halfyank), but old enough. Was planning on buying a new one from Dell maybe, but I (once again) only had the time to patch this one again.........
Besides, I am really looking for a HOT new model to elevate my gaming abilities..........plan on 'fraggin' a bunch of you blokes on the Armorama 'Game Nights' .......heheheheheeee.....

Anyway, I've got Grisoft's AVG for now.

I install that on my customers' computers. It seems to work rather well. If you were closer, I'd build a computer for you.

Thank you Cliff for the kind words.

You're not that far away Ben......I might take you up on it.

Just let me think about my parameters, and then you can shoot holes in them....

"..........So Tread you never saw those 100 new Shermies I built last week???......."

LMAO!!!!!!!! :-) :-) :-) ahhhhhhaaaaaaa............

Alan I really hate it when you get so serious....but, there's only one thing wrong with your statement. 'Word' on the street is; that you've gone to the 'dark side'....building Tigers or some such.......tsk, tsk, tsk......

Speaking of Tigers, thx for the good words Tiger101, look forward to seeing your Kilo Class sporting 88's!

And the rest of you schmoes........thx.

Gordon who???
Good to see you´re livin and well old chap! How´s the M8 tractor coming along?
Ive finished the hull bottom ... all running gear and stuff is finished ... but Im having problems aquireing 2 sets of AFV Club tracks. I swapped my vinyl ones to Heavy Arty and want indys, but Plasticmodelbeow in Holland had only one set in stock and Ive ordered now from Hannants. They havent confirmed dispatch yet and nothings debited from my account.
I´ll probably proceed to the cab and upper hull as they can be built individually.
Good luck!
