I'm having a great day! I got to upload a Review submitted by one of our members. I approved the Dreadnoughts Campaign. And - I started painting my M4A3 Sherman entry for the One of Our Tanks... Campaign as well as beginning painting on two more models.
I found time to build the frame for a Skybow WC-62/63 1 1/2-ton Truck too.
Any day where I can do something for Armorama and my own modeling pursuits is a dang fine day to me!

Halfyank -
For eight long years William Jefferson Clinton was OUR president. I was not happy about it, but I did not wear black and fly my flag upsidedown.
It has nothing to do with freedom of speech, it has to do with MATURITY. People who are mature, acknowledge that sometimes things don't go their way and although they may not like it - deal with it.
So deal with the fact that President George W Bush is now and will be President of the United States for four more years.

Amen brother and don't forget 4 long years of Jimmy "The Teeth" Carter, so either support the leader of the free world and not mock his victory over the flip-flopping-bandaid-boy. If you don't like the results you have the right to leave as well as complain and express your opinion, that's part of freedom too.
As for the day, well it was busy ... I hit three states and 6 stores and 1000 issues to deal with. Got good and bad news to much to go into ... all in all another day at the office.

Well,
Got Butt kicked into the dirt by job for third day in row.
Ughh!
Lost 5lbs of winter fat getting butt kicked.
Yeah!
Still like job after that(it all evens out)
Now on 'long change'-7 days off and really need to get going on some builds,ie the eternal T-50,A RAF Typhoon, some train stuff for a guy.
Tough day with nice end
Rick

I always find it amusing that if you don't like President Bush you are suddenly a Clinton-loving-Kerry-worshipping democrat. Politcians are all the same-- the sooner you come to that conclusion, the better off you are.

Well,
I had an interesting day trying to do a site vist to check that the civils work and cables had been pulled in for a diversion/change over had been done wind and rain got in the way mind and trying to read the plans just turned into a farce..........mind you got me out the office for a bit
went to the gym and worked off a bit of beer weight. Then popped into the TA to find out odf a totla unit strenght of 117 there were 10 of us in.
As for today got a weekly meeting with our contractor who gets paid £8 million to do all our works in the North per year all they do is load the jobs onto their system them pass it out to a sub contractor and they cant even do that right
. So I've got to take the meeting minutes today and listen to tht contractors contractors manager waffle on (hopefully finish early after all it's friday!)

There used to be 200000+ people in this world who didn't give a **** who was president in the US, their only worry was how to make ends meet. And sadly enough it's no longer a worry....

Being as non-political as I possibly can, can I just point out several salient facts...
Finally, thank your lucky stars that you live where you live...Jim![]()
Amen! For me, that is what it all boils down to. I didn't truly appreciate my country til I was sent to Saudi Arabia.
