Hey guys a few will remember a few months back when i posted Dragon Cares ? topic,well today they finally came through for me ! in the post i recieved a large box full of E-100 parts including parts i didnt ask for ? i now have practically an extra one and a half 1/35 e-100 's ,should come in Great for some Scratchbuids i have planned so suffice to say ! THANKS DRAGON MODELS

You didnt by chance happen to get a spare PE fret with it did you I've lost mine

Also kudos to you for being as public with the congratualtions as with the problems.

yeah MLD it seems when they told me to go straight through the hong kong main branch they were making it more efficient for me ,
Davy the only thing they didnt send any of was the etch ,
i cant complain though they have done me proud, and in turn i will know in my own mind ,if i have a problem with a Dragon kit
it may take a while but it Will be fixed! and they were very communicative throughout the whole process ,
also Davy i do have a some spare E-100 Etched grills,i have around 3 sets i've accumulated over the years.
i dont know where exactly ?but i'll take a look around, if i find a spare set theyre yours ! (may take a while though my studio is crammed at the moment) ,thanks chaps ! k

did you file the complaint with a ticket number ?
i must say i thought i was flogging a dead horse so to speak ,i hadnt heard from them for months on end after the inital"your message has been sent " text ,
it was a real surprise when this came out of the blue.
