1. Hmm. At first I thought it was Pat Morita, but I was thinking "Midway." Then I found Jamie Farr as "English-language voice characterizations for multiple characters (voice) (uncredited)."

2. Carroll O'Connor

3. Bobby Darin in "Pressure Point."

4. R. Lee Ermy, the drill sergeant in "Full Metal Jacket"

The Toughy - Gary Cooper playing the title roll in "Sgt. York".

Geeze Dave you did great! The only ones you didn't get are the ones that are still up for grabs,

#4, the 2nd part of #6 sorry none of the movies you mentioned are what I'm looking for, #18, and #26.

Here is a WAG answer for your #3, David Bowie in The Virgin Soldiers? I can't remember the movie but I remember him playing a soldier and came up with that on Google.

From what I've read on line Dallas was the original city mentioned, but that was just about the time Kennedy was shot. The producers changed it to Vegas in post production.

Ping Pong Balls is right. I understand they're made of cellulose, a material that was used in early flash powders for photographers.

Right you are Steve, the 2nd half of #6 is King Rat. James Donald is the actor who played in The Great Escape as the SBO, the camp doctor in Bridge on the River Kwai, and a doctor in the POW camp in King Rat.
