stoped in at a harbor freights tools the other day and found a small 1 pound miniture anvil for sale there for $4 .. not the best made one in the world but it will do for flatening copper wire for tie downs and such...
also saw some miniture hobby vises at around $11 to $20.. but I wasnt' in the market for any of those....

Thanks Delbert for the heads up...i was going to get one of the anvils to replace the small sledgehammer i've been using. I guess i'll stay with the sledgehammer...it serves more than one purpose...

Figures I have no Harbor Fraight within a 100 miles of here, guess I'll have to stick with the 50lbs steel block I've been using for metal work. Would like to have something lighter for small stuff.
