Most of the coverage I've seen about the museum concentrated on the architecture and not the contents

you are right...the architecture gets top billing.
I just wondered if any of our members had visited the museum.
I plan to nip along when I get home April 2005 as its only half an hour or so down the road from me in Wigan.
