YOu can check HERE to see how many posts you need to get promoted. It looks like you need another 25 posts to make it to E-2

i dont get it tho, you can be a private without any posts... least thats what they say! can someone get me clear on how it works?

Click on your account that is located in the upper right hand corner next to the members icon. go to the bottom of the account page and click on the rank preference and select the rank system that you want to use. There is enlisted and officers ranks form many different countries to choose from.
