I saw this link over on another site and thought I'd pass it along. Be sure to check out the a/c and military vehicles. Truly remarkable stuff. Be sure to check out those prices lists too!

Price is always a question depending on many values.
If I had too much money the Corsair would definitely find a new home! I wonder how long it took to build it? And the cost of materials? It must be a lot. Plus it seems there are one or two people in the whole world that can do something magnificent as that.
Just what would be a "right" price for a piece like that?

Things that make you go hmmmmm....

Only 13.000 USD (and cents) for such a great model of the Tirpitz ?!
Or a new car for my wife ?
Hmmm... I'll ask her what she thinks !

I am not a boat or ship builder but all I can say is wow holy God those are nice models. The price is high but so is the Quality. God I would get one just to have one if I had that many bucks laying around. Thanks for the good post.

did you check out the mighty Mo and Bismark I wonder if the old lady can second mortage the House.

Did you all check out that M5A1 or Jeep or 2 1/2 ton Xmas maybe. Heck who am I kidding she would tell me to shove that $7000.00 tank up my you know what

Now see what you did.. I thought spending $100 on a Dragon Wagon was a bunch geesh let me show them to her maybe she will say ok NOT.

Hey, how would you like to see your nephew drop one of those $7,000 tanks on the floor just to see if it was really made out of metal (copper)? I would need to take out an insurance policy just to be able to sleep at night #:-) Let's see, I could buy a 1:8 scale 1931 Mercedes SSKL for $32,000 or put a down payment on a house. Tough choice...

Yes but if you look mostly all the train stuff is sold out those model railroaders will get it no matter what the cost.

beautiful stuff, and it sure puts the $$ we spend into perspective..

What's an US$1800 6ft (2 m) U boat compared to the costs of some of those babies..

See honey, it's not so bad.. I caould want a $7000 tank!

That N&W 2-6-6-2 I bet is going to be one expensive sob. As an ole railroad modeler I bet it will sell.

I'm sure it is a LOT of fun for the guys who BUILD those models. They must be laughing their heads off everytime one of those pieces is sold !
