I don't know. They don't look too mean to me. They all have helmets, proper lights and tags. Well maintained bikes and jackets, driving their motors in a proper manner in the lanes...bet their all over 40 and investiment bankers during the week. They'll have their people call his people and the lawyers will arbitrate the claims from the accident.

Kevin, I count six riders without a helmet, some of the bikes seem to be customised with apehangers and lincence plates next to the rearwheel ( can't be photographed with roadside camera, and over the well maintained jackets they are wearing cut offs with backpatch and rockers. The drive on the right side of the road, and have white numberplates. My guess, without having zoomed in to see the licence plates better is that this is a German Backpatch club. The drivers saving grace would be that this happened in a town centre.......
