hi everyone. i'm from kl, malaysia, this is my first post in armorama.
2 mnths ago i ordered dragon afv kits fr hobbyeasy and imho i'll recommend them to anyone:
1. cheaper than any online retails - i bought a dml sdkfz 251c for usd 19+... others sell them at usd5-6 more... even the shipping cost is reasonable. luckymodel.com kits are also as cheap, but they take longer to ship.. dont know why.
2. quick delivery- 16 days to malaysia, sooner than i expected
3. a good website.. detailed yet easy to navigate. the currency converter is very useful.

i have tried other sites: luckymodel, greatmodelwebstore, hobbylinkjapan etc but imho i think hobbyeasy is one of the best.

...now, i can't wait for the dml sdkfz251/1 w/75mm pak to come out...

bye.

hi there Jimbo....
good to have another malaysian around. i agree with you. Unlike yours, i got mine delivered from hobbyeasy in less then 6 working days (via Airmail). another good site to think about is rainbow ten japan. while hobbyeasy is good with HK or China kits, rainbow ten good at japanese items. Their shipping cost is also reasonable,

umm... actually i ordered kits from hobbyeasy & luckymodel on the same day (both from HK) using surface mail... from hobbyeasy it takes 2 weeks+, while from luckymodel takes almost 6 weeks ... but i agree that using airmail is much quicker.

I've used both Hobbyeasy and Luckymodel I've found that ordering from lucky model was a lot quicker than hobby easy took 3 days for luckymodel to process my order and have it at my door hobby easy took about 5 days to process my order before shipping

but the prices are good and it's nice to have a kit in your hands knowing that it will not be released in the UK for another couple of months
