Amen to that Dave! I noticed that the boards have been realy slow today and tonight. I think we have a lot of the members here living in Ivans path. That could explane the slowness here. Let keep the people living in that area in our thoughts and prayers.
I'm glad I live on the left coast!

Best wishes,

Garry

Yeah, they just keep gettin' hammered. I know Husky1943(Rob Lively) made it through the first 2 n sweat, then took off for Sicily. He's from Pensacola, so I hope he has a home to come back to...

Hopefully they all will be making muster soon.
The news up here said some places maybe out of power for several weeks, and the pictures weren't too nice, looks like this one really did a major bashing along the gulf coast.

We made it through in the Atlanta area relatively OK. Lots of downed trees and power lines. Still some flooding and outages this morning. South east of Atlanta there were three deaths due to Tornados. All in all it was not as bad as they predicted. We were much better off than the folks in Mobile and Pensacola. Lots of damage and deaths according to the news. My heart and prayers go out to all who are suffering.

Amen to that, Dave. Here in Newnan, we lost power for a while but got it back up after we called them. A couple of flashlights and some board games later, and we were fine.

My wife beat me at Trivial Pursuit but I won at Monopoly.

The Gulf coast took a big hit this time. I feel for all of them there. Our hopes and prayers go out to all of them.

I managed to talk to Kglak this AM. He's fine but loads of damage as far inland as Montgomery Al.

He's headed out on the Inspection by Helo w/ the Governor today.

Joe
I spoke to Chad the other night and if I remember rightly he'd managed to get in and out before anything happened.
