This weekend I was drinking tea somewhere and they served tea in bags from "Betjeman and Barton" apparently this is a french tea brand. But the bags are made of cotton and it looks like bandage gause, the stuff use in 1/35 for camo netting. Except that this is twice as fine and it looks exellent as neeting for 1/72. There happened to be a "Betjeman and Barton" store here in The hague and I got some. So it is available in the netherlands, maybe it is also sold in other countries. I just thought I'd share this, I hope it helps.

I tried to find a picture on the net, but to no avail. And I don't have a camera. So I'm sorry to say no picture.

ha ha ha... this is awesome. Isn't it funny that modelers are always thinking about modeling. No matter what we're doing (drinking tea, etc.), we're always looking for things to use in the hobby.

I read a thread here I think, where a modeller used the tealeaves to make stowed camo on his 1/72 Leopard 2. It looked very effective. I think he used dry leaf and white glue (not too watered down, you don't want tea all over your vehicle)
