wow, that would be 48 balls ouy of every barrel per second? I thought it only fired through one barrel at a time.

if this is true then the total is 432 ball per second, which could hurt, but that would mean that you can only fire for about 9.2 seconds before there is no more rounds.

If it works as I thought, 48 ball per second, it could still hurt, but you could fire for about 83.3 seconds.

they should use this against criminals

That is just nuts! I saw a paintball bazooka shoot 100 rounds at one. It ends up being a big shotgun with paintballs firing all over.

I honestly don't know how normal paintballs could survive such an extreme rate of fire. I mean I have a hard enough time spitting paintballs one at a time using my Tippman without busting them. To get 400+ balls per second is just sick. I want one. :-)

BTW, is this thing for real?

Mount it on a Jeep!?!?!? Gee, I'd use that as a door gun on a Cessna 172. :-)

(that is until the bad guys developed paint ball Stingers. )

I don't think that 8,000 quid would go over too good in this house... how about yours?

Mount it on a jeep? that would redefine road rage :-) I think it would be too heavy to carry on your back, plus the CO tank, you would need to be hulk himself to run around with this thing.

I think you are right Marty, you would need pretty hard paintball so they would not burst.

Not to burst anyone's bubble (and correct me if I am, indeed, mistaken) but this isn't really a paintball marker. (Former P-ball guy here) I did some research, and it turns out its an Airsoft gun. check here and here this would be cool if it were, indeed, a p-ball gun. But I don't think it would be physically possible (according to the guy's info on this gun) to fit all that in that little back pack. (anyone who knows about p-ball, knows what I mean). Cheers

I don't know. I still think paintball mines are pretty cool. We had two set up, but during a game set neither off (a considerable feat considering they were in the only two places to cross this lake). Whats funny about it is we set both of them off in seperate times after seperate games while going to the other team to talk about the finished game. One guy walked over it, exploded it, and wasn't even touched!

I posted this on another site as well and somebody posted this site for a video.

I still think some people have WAY too much time, and money, on their hands.

Thats awesome! What started the fire. I wouldn't think rounds from an airsoft would do that. I wonder how many BBs he expended in those few seconds?

Now that would hurt, I played airsoft before I got hurt and the AEG normal guns didn't hurt but that would probably break something. It is awsome and I wish I had enough money to buy it so I could play again I wouldn't have to run, walk I would just sit in one place and just kick butt.

Has anyone ever brung it to a game and used it.

i'll be darned, i cant find the pic. anymore, but there was a pball vehicle that had the frame of a golf cart w/ 4wheeler tires, a paintball mini gun (w/ plenty of ammo) and 1 or 2 pball grenade catapults on the back(self loading i think) that sat 2 (driver and gunner) pretty impressive thing
