Hi there
Maplin Electronics might not be an obvious place to look for modelling accessories, but they stock a lot of useful items - tool-drawers, tweezers, drill-bits, pliers, cutting mats and snippers etc.
I spotted these on my latest visit:
... a set of probes for £2.99 and neat clamps for £1.45 each.
I made my mini vacuformer with one of their electronics project boxes.
All the best

Only spotted this now. Merlin I totally agree!
Bought a couple of those probe sets, excellent items (sent one to Costas).
Also there are 10pc Needle file sets, Scalpel blades, forceps, tweezers and some amazing hobby knife sets.
Be Aware some items such as their scalpel handles are a bit pricey though! Also some of their Hobby knives have the plastic inserts (where the blades are inserted) instead of the aluminium inserts, the plastic ones are pure RUBBISH!
