I'll risk showing my age by saying that I remember when Proops Bros. had a shop in London's Tottenham Court Rd. It was an extraordinary place - a real Aladdin's cave...you never knew what you'd find. Sadly, long gone...
I've bought loads of items from their website - there's always plenty of stuff of interest to modellers - but it can't compare with rummaging through boxes of who-knows-what in their old shop!

Hi < I to remember it was a mecca for modellers in the early 1970's . Still using some of the So Called Medical Tools to this day , They have never worn out . cheers ian
