I've heard that keeping it in the fridge works.

Moisture is the #1 enemy of cyanocryolates. Keeping you superglue cool and dry will extend it's life. I usually buy the smallest bottles I can, that way I don't waste as much.

and when u use to build balsiar/c planes he use to keep the glu in the frezer.so it s safe in the frigde or frezer

Don't use the brand "crazy glue"
I go to home depot and buy "Loctite" QUICKTIte. The one in the regular bottle is thin, and has lasted sitting on my bench for over a year, the brush in the bottle one is a medium thickness, and is also over a year old. Both you cost you about $2.50 a bottle. Probably the price has gone up to 3 bucks since I bought some.
Just remember to keep the tops on.

Joseph, I had one of them .07 ounce or 2 gram tubes that I put together several models, with just one tube.
The thing is I always closed it as soon as I was done, and when I was done with it for the day, I put it back in the fridg.

The guy at the hobby shop told me I didn't haft to put it in the fridg. every night, but when I started to leave it out, I started to have trouble, but this is after I changed to a bottle.
Now that I went back to the fridg. every night, it doesn't plug on me anymore.

Just a tip for all you guys, I only use superglue for the cement, so I go through a lot. So I just go to a Dollar store, or some store that has stuff for only a dollar and stock up on the CA.

Its cheaper than going to a store and stuff. Hope this helps.

Loctite Gel is what I use and will last a long time. I keep in a the house. The gel also allows for better control of glueing IMHO. You can get the gel anywhere.....
