Hey there. I have a software for designing banners but I need to know the correct size to use. Can someone help me out? Thank you.

Standard banner size is 468X60 . HTH

I've used the standard size and tried saving it as a .GIF and as a .JPG file and uploaded them but both of them look blurry when they come up on mu post. What is it I'm missing? Anyone?
