Hello people!
Some of you may remember (at least the first users!), that I was envolved in building my new house, so I finally finished and moved into it!
Itīs such a great pleasure to me and my family, and I got now, my modelling corner and workbench, a whole room only for my models, itīs great, isnīt it?
So, this message was only to make you know that Iīm back into business again, and now I expect to have more time to complete my unfinished models...

Here are some pics of it, to you my friends!

The water fall on the backyard:

You have done a great job and I wish you and your family well living in your new place.

ooo now i'm jealous!

Over here, this kind of home will cost about close to 1 million bucks (most probably exceeding a million)... too bad we are a tiny nation and land is scarce

have fun in your new home!

Very nice house indeed. I like the waterfall. Perhaps you can use it in one of your next projects.

Wow! A full 1/1 scratchbuilt house! :-) Seriously, the architecture is great, the ambient is pleasing and that waterfall give a peaceful environment.

Paulo,
Excellent! I really like the architecture of the house too. Where are the pics of the inside?!?!

Have fun getting all the final details finished (decorating, etc.).

Cheers,
Jim

LOL Paulo.... we all know that's a model...... LOL
That is a lovely home, and I'm jealous over the water fall in the back yard.... I got a dumpster in mine LOL
I'm sure you and the family will enjoy living there, and good to have you back with some time for modellling.

Thank you guys for the warm replies!
Itīs indeed, a dream that come true...
Jim, well, the interior is missing some furniture, because I lived on a condo, and I didnīt have much space, my modelling room for example, have only a marble bench, Iīm planning to put some shelves and stuff, and Iīll buy a new chair (the old one is really unconfortable ) But Iīll have to make a little slow, due to the cash flow :-) .
I didnīt make any finnacial, and the cost itīs around US$100,000.00 (including all costs and taxes), itīs not to bad for a house with 400 square meters.
Cheers
