The Indiana State Fair is up and rolling again, and as it holds a 4-H building, there are going to be models. This year, there have never been such great dioramas and models! I will have bad pictures first to give you the idea, then better quality pictures so you can see these things in all their glory.
1. A 4ft x 3ft. diorama of "The Great Escape". It shows the ENTIRE movie, front to end. It is the best thing I had seen in a long time!
2. A Leopold diorama. It's a "Two Story" diorama, in which it shows the Leopold (Excellent, I might add), and then about 10 inches down, it has a road with Wehrmact troops. Very nice.
Those are the two best dioramas in my opinion. If anyone goes to thier State Fair, look for the 4-H building. As I'm on this subject, I would like to talk about 4-H. It's a 102 year-old organization, in which you join a club, go to meetings, do projects (Models is a project), do community service, etc. It's a great organization, and is open to anyone grade 3-12. If you're older than that, then you can lead a group. If you have children, have them enroll, I think they'll enjoy it. I've been there for 8 years. Thanks for your time.

Good to hear that 4H is still going strong. Seems I haven't seen or heard about it in years around my area, but in my youthful days I also belonged to the 4H. But for the life of me I can't remember what the 4 H's stood for, please refresh an oldman's memory. Oh my "thing" was animal husbandry.
Looking forward to seeing the photos, and I personally wouldn't be upset if you threw in a "Blue Ribbon Hefford"... LOL
