i have a 1/4 in. white star dry transfer decal on testors 1265 od spray paint.
that somehow separated during transfer . the top point has a hair line separation at body of star.
an the left an right point tips are off a hair also.
can this be fixed?
if not how do you remove a dry transfer?

Touch it up with a little white paint.
If you decide it has to go, you can usually pull them off with tape if you haven't burnished it too well.

I've also used Solvaset (decal setting solution) to loosen and/or adjust dry transfers provided they haven't been burnished like Hollowpoint made reference to...you gotta be careful though, they get real fragile...

You can also patch up small defects in white dry transfers by using the correction tape for typing errors. Not the lift off stuff, the stuff that covers with a white stripe.
