Hi to all

Just a brief note to ensure that no one thinks that I am shy, and, naturally, to introduce myself...

My name is Mike, my call sign, greenleader, relates to my particular military interest, bush wars, and the Rhodesian and Namibian/Angolan conflict in particular. I am also into aircraft in general, warships, armour and figures.

As I have progressed back into the modelling scene after a long hiatus, I have become more and more interested in placing my models in diaromas, in order to give them context. Hence my registering here.

My other interests are old cars, particularly Jaguars, vexioloygy and political history.

I live in a little town south of Johannesburg, South Africa, which gives me some time to pursue hobbies - there's not much else to do except drink :-) and I work for a mining house in Johannesburg.

Welcome to Armorama.I am glad you joined us. You can be a good reference buddy for us to paint Ciskei and Transkei camo uniforms.interested in vexiology. u design new flags or what?
