I build 1/35 armor and want to bring it to life with a dio but i want my walls, buildings, stairs ect. exact.so my Q. is
How do I break down 1/35 scale into inches ,cm.,mm.
I've figured out 2 inches is 6 feet. which means 1 inch is 3 feet and so on. but is there an easier way?

There are scale calculators out there on the web. If you do a search through the forums here, you will find a link to a few. We were talking about them not too long ago. In my opinion, metric is the easiest to work with, if you are just using a calculator, which is not difficult. You might want to question, however, just how exact you really want the measurements to be. If these are for a building, perfect scale may not be as important as
you think. If the building is in the background (with no one inside it), it is generally best to make it slightly undersized, getting a little smaller every story you go up, otherwise the building will just look too big.

I'm actualy building a 2 story appt. with the stairway blown out so the wall will have residue and no paint were the stairs were so only 2 stairs will come from the second floor before they start to deplete.
I also never thaught of trying to give it depth , thank you.

I have a scale calculator on my website, just click on the bold text on the bottom of this post and go to my TIPS page and Misc. - Scale Converter.

You can download it (virus free) or just use it.
