Hi Shonen,
Thank you very much for the vote of confidence
. Aha dyan ka mali ...
...in reality winning was secondary lang and even though I did not win in the competition, I still felt I won...I won because I gained new new friends such as you, Fritz, Lonewolf, Jeep and some of the guys from IPMS-BAC (they have been very accomodating - more power to IPMS-BAC). Its been a pleasure meeting you guys in person. I hope to see you guys again...Till the next competition/event
Congratulations to Fritz for winning two entries...hmm dalawa nga lang ba...he deserves it...as for us....better luck next time and as the Japanese guy said..."What's important is we enjoyed what we did" ...
Cheers

Yep yep. Totally agree with you! Build not for competition's sake! A good model is a model built within the very heart of the modeler (naks! Senti! :-) ) BTW, nagjoin ka na ba sa BAC?
Yan si Fritz, halimaw yan eh!
I dunno where he got all that skill or he was really born to do it? Galing! Hanga ako!Master Fritz! Paturo naman ng weathering mo! Asteeeg!

I like the IPMS-BAC people, but sorry to say, but I did not join. I did not join because I might not be able to give justice to my membership....baka dehins ako maka-attend ng mga meetings coz I live far and Sat and Sun is family day. Siguro kapag malaki na ang bunso ko -- iyong hindi na alagaain...Next time
Cheers

Blitz, Cardinal (and all other Pinoy lurkers in foreign lands) may I suggest you guys start saving for a trip back to the Motherland next year on November. Because of this Nationals' success, IPMS-Phils(BAC) will be holding the third Nationals next year on November - assuming everything goes according to plan...
... or Dear Leader starts nuking SoKor...
... or Osama bin Ladin WMDs the world....
Great fun. Good to meet people online in person. Using my sembreak (sana break lang! Sana sana sana sana sana....) to get ready for next year's Nationals hehehehe

There's no doubt that the recently-held Nationals is a resounding success. You can feel it in your bones that a sequel will be in the works.
If all goes well, we've got the bases covered, come hell or high water, Nationals '05 will be a reality.
