Neither, I'm a Bruins fan. Too much other stuff to do during the summer than watch games!

I'm from Massachusetts myself, and reside on Boston's South Shore. I have lived here for most of my life, and to me it 's home.

I know most if not all the MA members who have posted on this thread. Most know me from vending at IPMS shows, doing Nor'eastcon a few times, or even eBay. Others know me from Nordland AMPS or just here on Armorama. Some are very good friends of mine as well.

I like the Red Sox, but I'm a die-hard Patriots fan !!! FOOTBALL RULES !!

My ancestors were from Scotland, and I'm damn proud of that. I would like to go there someday and see where they came from.

Take it easy gents. Time to go drink to the good 'ol USA

Cheers

We had a guy that lived in Ma. and we argued over this for quite a while, so I got a buch of others from all other parts of the country to have him say Worcester in front of them to see what it sounded like to them when he said it, and they come to the same conclusion, that it sounded like he said Wooster....

When I was stationed in Germany, I was the only guy from Massachusetts in the whole company. They'd bust my 'nads about my 'accent' constantly.... even over the radio.

Oh, it's not that I'm a Yankees fan, it's just that I'm NOT a Red Sox fan but, like Dixon66 says.... there's much more to do in the summertime that to sit down and veg in front of the TV.

Yessss, that t-sssshirt did make me look big you sssssilly...

Wise arse! The extra 'poundage' that I'm assuming that you are refering to is from my shedding of the cigarettes over the past four months (after ~30 years).... Not all of us can be as young, slim and trim as you are there Dave. But I still 'got it up' onto that M1 tho... didn't I? Hoah!

Then I asked them, how do they get Wooster out of Worcester, I said now in Ohio, we do have a Wooster, and it is spelled Wooster.
For them to get Wooster out of Worcester, somebody had to of had a speech impediment, and must of been in high standings, for nobody to ever change it.
Maybe the witch burning days.

That's easy. In Mass they don't pronounce their "R" Such as many New England Yankees (especially from Mass.) will say (sounds like)"Pak Ya Ca" When they PARK YOUR CAR.Sorry guys and gals, but that is how it sounds. its just the accent Yankees have.

Talal, love it! I am a Pats fan as well as a Red Sox fan, been known to attend a Celts game when the Boston USO gives us free tickets. I would root for the Bruins if they were playing someone else. My only Bruins game was back in 82 at Nassau Veterans colliseum when they played the Islanders. My only Pats games were at Shea stadium when they played the Jets (got student discounted Jets tickets and a free shuttle ride to the game, the Jets are HQ'd where I went to college). They stopped this when they started playing at the Meadowlands.

Red Sox fan through and through.... Love the Bruins and Pats as well....

There is something about the Sox when they get ahead before the All Star break.. Let the rest catch up through after the break and give us Coronaries during the Playoffs....

OK what do you think of the Bleachers they put over the Green monster in Fenway.....
When I first heard about that I said to myself.... Oh my God is nothing Sacred anymore!!!!!!

While I'm not a big sports fan across the board, I'm duty bound to be a Red Sox fan. It comes from my father who wanted to name me after is hero, Ted Williams, instread, my mother won out and named me after my two grandfathers.
