Well here is one of the rare wingie thingies that I build from time to time. I'm 90% done with the building part , just the da@# seam filling, paint and decals that take so long on these things ! Trying to use masks for the cammo paint ( notice I said trying ) so it might be a while before the next post . Comments gripes and bribes are welcome , enjoy .

Keep at it Toadster. Love the 4th pic showing the engines on this one. There is just something about the Warthog that is attractive, kind of big, beefy, and nasty when they get "upset"---kind of like the women around my neck of the woods (hehe).

Keep us posted.

Looking good Carlton...
What scale is it?
I too like the view showing the engines front on.
It'll be interesting how you do the camo with the masks.

Cheers

Looking great TT she is coming along right nicely.... Be careful though. With all those Beautiful Abrams you have around there.. That Hog might think it stumbled on to a target rich enviorment...

As for the camo part you can use the silly putty/ blue tack method to make it easier.. Or just use your method of camo you use for your tanks. After all... They way the hog is designed all she really is.. Is a flying tank.....

Looks great can't wait to see more..

Hi Lord TT
It's looking good so far! if you don't fancy lots of masking you could always do either one of the JAWS(Joint Attack Weapons System) schemes or the false canopy scheme, for inspiration try
Warthog Territory
Have fun
