still, doesn't warrant the comment "walang ipagyayabang", medyo insulto/bastos yun, seriously speaking -- fan or not. If I heard someone saying something like that, about any F1 driver for that matter, medyo "slight" yun kasi the FACT that these drivers are in F1, gives them all the right to be like "that".
it's all about "respect" for the driver and his fans, pare. If I wanted to say anything against say, Schumacher, I would've gone off and insulted him like you did. But I respect him, and whoever his fans may be in this forum whose toes I might step on.. Unless you think otherwise, which is a whole other subject. Right? It's all a matter of extending your horizons and thinking out of the box. Masyado kasi mo in-e-emotionalize si Montoya eh. Parating about his attitude. But then again, I'm a fan, sabi mo. But you have to realize, the fact that he's provided BMW with many podium-places, he IS good. Bar None. Gets?
Now you say I HAVE TO READ. I do read, and you have to realize some reporters, hell, even "commentators" are "biased". Simply. Biased. It's a sport. So I really don't rely on articles, or whatnot reviews. I take them with a grain of salt, so they say. Why? Kasi medyo minsan bias kay ganito, bias kay Shummi, bias kay Montoya. Kung ano ano pa. Case in point: the article you posted clearly FOCUSED on the antics of Montoya (even though he was the topic of the paper), why didn't they expound on the other tempers of the other racers? So what if Montoya was a hothead, I bet last race Ralf Schumacher was equally a hothead after that Sato incident. Who wouldn't be. But the bottom line is, reporters aren't everywhere, everytime, so you don't get the whole story. Kaya nga report lang eh.
I rely on numbers, fact-sheets, stats. And that's why I have equal respect for every player/driver. Regardless of their temper, or whatnot. Case in point: Basketball, Rodman, Iverson. See my point? They have off-court antics, even on-court. Some people insult them, some people appreciate them. Bottom line is, they're in the NBA, and they must be good to be there, kaya may "pagyayabang". Same applies to F1, IMO.
I'm being vocal about this since I don't think this whole concept of "insult the driver/player/person" won't be "healthy", for the whole purpose of making this thread altogether. Otherwise this thread becomes a "flame" thread. Right?

Just watched the Bahrain GP2 days ago. Very eventful race indeed. First time I saw the Scuderia cars go a little nuts (frequent brake locking). Also, the now proven unreliability of them new Williams & McLaren cars, they better get busy these next 2 weeks. Whose fault is it anyway? Merc or McLaren? There is of course BAR Honda's 2nd podium place for this season (Excellent job I must say). And lastly who could ever forget Raikonnen's fire-breathing fiasco.
Look forward to the next race.......
